This is sort of interesting but it brings me to a topic of interest. Governments are supposed to provide a few essential services to the public and act as a tool for public interest. So when it comes down to issues like this, personally i think its illogical and illegitimate of the government to ban practices such as these. It is beyond the scope of their power. Im curious to see what other people think.
