Google public error? Empty

So i know this happened a few days ago, but i've been mulling it over and it just doesn't sit right with me. How something like this could happen and "accidentally" slip through the cracks of one of the most technologically advanced companies baffles me. In my humble opinion this seems like the perfect way to conduct a lil insider trader for the higher ups in google. Possibly protect some employees by letting them shave off a few dollars from their potential losses. It just seems to uncanny that something like this would happen before a drop in stock and never before. But like google always says, "do no evil" By making it happen public they could be helping everyone. Im sure people saw this news before the temporary stock freeze on google occurred. But maybe im just a conspiracy nut, google is too smart for us to find out.
