New system for voting fraud

It seems the aussies have found a new means of detecting voter fraud. Although its not full proof, it sure does provide some pretty convincing data pools. And its quiet simple to infer from there. Now us in the west should have no fear, for they hasn't been voter fraud since bush took on al gore. But those former Soviet union countries Russia, Ukraine, Poland etc. should be fearful for their secrets will soon be public knowledge.
